We had a bit of a slow start, but then a really good day with lots of interested people coming to see us and wanting to chat about our crafts (as well as buy!)
We also had a bit of drama with some thunder storms in the afternoon with one flash and crack directly overhead and so loud that everyone nearly jumped out of their skins, not only in the Fair, but in the rest of the Visitor Centre too!
Anyway, here are the pics and I must say thank you so much to all the stallholders for once again producing not only wonderful products, but really super stalls - it is amazing what you can produce from just one table each.
Carole and Sylvia - A Child's Delight
Helen - Spins her own yarn which is for sale for you to use, or as wonderful products.
Helen - Her unusually presented candles filled the room with the most wonderful scent
Lesley - Her cards in particular have to be seen to be believed - each original, and you will never see these low prices in the shops!
Margot - Just stunning jewellery - and her stall rivals Wendy for the most dramatic, I think!
Pauline - how can anyone resist these beautiful children's clothes?
Roz - Wishstones, Albums and incredible pen and ink wildlife drawings by her daughter.
Wendy - Vibrant and unique hand-knitted necklaces and scarves
Steve - Clocks and plates made from recycled wine bottles - where else would you find these?
And I didn't forget to photograph my own stall this time !
Hand-knits, needlepoint and textiles of all sorts!
Thank you once again to all stallholders and visitors and don't forget to come and see us again at Stanwick Lakes on Saturday 22 September.
It was lovely to meet everyone in Saturday and I can't wait for my own stall there on the 22nd. Yay xx
